용인 남사 도서관 및 스포츠센터는 6,800세대의 주거단지 주민이 이용하는 공공시설 프로젝트다.
전체 단지의 6개의 테마공원 중 라이브러리 파크에 자리하게 되며, 고내식성 강판(칼라강판)과 벽돌을 외장 재료로 사용했다. 집이 주는 편안함을 느낄 수 있도록 전형적인 박공 지붕의 형상으로부터 출발해 도서관에서 일어나는 다양한 활동의 단면이 수평적으로 적층되어 하나의 공간으로 집적되는 공간 개념을 생각했다. 
산책로와 연계해 프로그램을 선형으로 배치하고 학습, 열람, 휴게 등 필요한 공간 형태를 단면으로 구성해 중첩시켜 하나의 유연한 공간으로 만들었다. 이를 통해 내·외부 공간의 시각적 연계와 다양한 공간감은 기존 도서관과 달리 공원 속 수변과 어우러져 카페처럼 편한 휴게 공간, 자유롭게 책을 보는 서점, 학생들이 공부하는 독서실, 취미를 배우는 문화센터 등과 같이 다양한 모습을 담아 주민의 소통과 교류의 장소가 되도록 계획했다.

Yongin Namsa Library and Sports Center are a public facility project for 6,800 households living in residential complexes.
It will be located in the library park among six theme parks of the entire complexes, and high-corrosion resisting steel plates(color steel sheet) and bricks were used as exterior materials. To give the comfort of a house, we began with the concept of a typical gable roof and eventually devised the concept of space where the cross-sections of various activities in a library are stacked horizontally and integrated into one space.
Programs were placed along with trails, and the necessary spaces such as learning, reading, and rest were organized in cross-sections to form a flexible space. Through this, the visual connection between indoor and outdoor spaces and various senses of space were designed to harmonize with the waterfront in the park, unlike existing libraries so that it can be a place of communication and exchange among residents since it plays multiple roles as a resting place like a cafe, a library to freely read books, a study room for students, and a cultural center to learn hobbies.
