마을 전체는 일관된 컨셉과 통일성을 부여하였지만, 그 마을을 이루는 각 건축물은 개개인의 인 적구성과 취향을 살린 독립된 주택으로 설계됐다.

즉, 건축주들의 가족구성과 경제력, 개별적인 요구조건 등에 맞추어 하나 하나 독자적인 평면과 면적으로 지어진 단독주택 마흔한채!

마을을 통과하는 바람길을 어느 집도 막지 않고, 다른 집의 전망과 햇살을 욕심 부리지 않으며 이 집은 방향을, 저 집은 길목을 기꺼이 양보하면서 포리스타 친환경빌리지를 이루었다.

 

빌리지 대부분의 각 단독주택들은 연면적 130제곱미터정도의 소규모이다, 이러한 작은 주택에 서 자칫 느껴지는 답답함과 폐쇄적인 공간감, 환경적 단점들을 극복하고자 적용한 스킵플로어 방식의 평면은 내부를 컴팩트하게 공간구성하여 층간 통풍을 원활하게 하는 동시에, 평면에 따 라 각각 다른 크기의 선큰가든과 천창으로 환기와 채광까지 살렸다.

The whole village is given a coherent concept and unity, but the structures that make up the village were designed as independent homes that serve the individuals living in them and their preferences. In a nutshell, fifthy-one homes with all the distinctive floor plans and sizes built to the family makeup for different project owners, their finances, and their various requirements!

While none of the houses block the wind that blows through the village nor block the views or sunlight of other houses, a house here gives up its desired direction and another there gives up its desired position at a traffic junction, thus forming the eco-friendly village of Foresta.

 

Most of the homes in the village are small with a gross floor area of about 130㎡. The skip floor plan, which was adopted with the aim of overcoming stuffiness, closeness, and other typical environmental shortcomings that are perceived in small-sized housing units, not only ensures inter-floor air circulation by achieving a compact space composition, but also uses upgraded ventilation and lighting with differently-sized sunken gardens and skylights fitted to different floor plans.
