라 테라스는 208세대로 구성된 테라스형 연립주택이다.

경사지 지형에 따라 형성되는 단차를 이용하여 독립된 접지층을 갖는 테라스 세대와 경사면을 따라 계획된 테라스를 통하여 기존 공동주택에서 가질 수 없었던 개별의 마당을 가지는 단독주택의 장점을 공유하는 새로운 형태의 연립주택이다.

지형의 단차를 활용하여 1개층의 지하주차장과 하층부는 선큰형 후정을 가진 테라스 세대 및 부대복리시설, 근린생활시설, 단지를 관통하는 보행자 도로와 광장을 계획하고, 상층부는 독립된 테라스를 가진 연립주택으로 계획했다. 전체 단지는 10개 동으로 구성되어 있고, 각 세대가 가지는 독립된 테라스와 최상층 세대의 옥상과 연계된 다락구성으로 수직적인 다채로운 공간감과 리듬감을 부여해 다이내믹한 형상을 갖췄다.

보행 동선과 연계된 특색 있는 광장들과, 이와 마주해 위치한 부대복리시설이나 근린생활시설은 단지 내 입주민들에게 편의를 제공하고 입주민들 간의 만남과 소통이 자유롭게 형성될 수 있도록 했다. 각 동의 출입구로의 보행로는 단지 중앙의 광장을 가로지르며, 광장의 다양한 콘셉트의 휴게 공간 및 조경공간을 통해 집 앞에서 즐길 수 있는 산책로로 활용할 수 있도록 했다.

‘La Terrace’ is a terrace-type Row house consisting of 208 households.

‘La Terrace’ is a new type of multi-complex house. The terrace-type residence owns a separate yard and the other has a private terrace garden along the slope. Getting the individual garden is usually an advantage of a single-type house, however, a topographical condition of the site makes it possible.

Using the difference in topography, planning underground parking lot The lower part of public space is used as welfare facilities and neighborhood-living facilities, pedestrain roads and square connecting the entire complex, terrace house with sunken garden. The upper part is planned the rowhouse with independent terrace. The entire complex consists of 10 buildings. A dynamic form of complex is created by a number of terraces for each residents and The penthouse attic connected to the roof. It gives diverse sense of space and rhythm vertically.

The distinctive plaza connected to the walking path as well as welfare facilities and neighborhood-living facilities located opposite the plaza provide convenience to the residents and allow natural and free communications. The walkway to the entrance of each building crosses the square in the center of the complex. They could use these spaces as a trail in front of their house which has various concepts of rest areas and green spaces.
