Munho-ri Passive House
문호리 주택은 설계자 본인의 가족을 위한 3.2리터 패시브 주택으로 설계되었다.
가장 단순한 재료와 군더더기 없는 설계로 비용을 최소화하고자 하였다. 구조 역시 매우 단순한 콘크리트 구조인데 플랫 슬래브를 적용하여 보를 없앴으며, 내부 벽은 가벽으로 구성하여 추후 다양한 용도에 대응할 수 있는 오픈플랜으로 계획하였다. 내부 노출콘크리트는 유로폼을 적용하고 최소한의 보수를 거쳐 날것 그대로의 촉감을 드러냄과 동시에 패시브 주택으로서 축열의 성능을 시험하고자 하였다.
동남측으로 도로에 면해 있어 외부시선을 적절히 차단하면서도 햇빛을 충분히 끌어들이는 것이 본 계획안의 주안점이다. 기역(ㄱ)자 배치로 도로에서의 시선을 적절히 차단하고 1.6미터 높이의 금속담장을 설치하여 현관에 다다르기 전 중간적 성격의 작은 마당을 맞이한다. 현관을 들어서면 서재와 본채로 나뉘며, 서재가 설계자의 사랑방 역할을 하도록 계획하였다.
거실로 들어오면 북서측으로 산을 마주하고 있어 사시사철 아름다운 산의 변화를 음미할 수 있다. 북서 방향이라 에너지 측면에서 불리하지만 외부차양, 로이삼중유리 등의 장치로 보완하고 있다.
건강하고 품위 있는 집을 지으려는 이번 노력이 앞으로 설계를 하는데 큰 도움이 되리라 믿어 의심치 않는다.
Munhori House was designed as a 3.2-liter passive house for the designer's family.
We tried to minimize the cost with the simplest materials and no-frills design. The structure is also a straightforward concrete structure, but beams were removed by applying a flat slab, and interior walls were constructed as fake walls, which were planned as an open plan that can be put to various uses. The internal exposed concrete is intended to test the performance of heat storage as a passive house while telling a natural rough feel through minimal repairs and Euro form.
As it faces the road to the southeast, the critical point of this plan is to get enough sunshine while blocking people's eyes from the outside to some extent. Therefore, there is a small yard, considered intermediate, before reaching the entrance by properly blocking the eyes from a 'giyeok (ㄱ)'-shaped road and installing a 1.6-meter high metal fence. Upon entering the front door, it is divided into a study and the main building, and the study room is planned to serve as the designer's reception room.
When you enter the living room, it faces the mountain to the northwest so that you can enjoy the beautiful changes of the mountain in all seasons. Although it is disadvantageous in terms of energy because it is in the northwest direction, it is supplemented with devices such as external shading and Low-e triple glass.
We indeed believe that this effort to build a healthy and dignified house will significantly help the next design.
