Campus Town
캠퍼스타운은 대학과 지역사회의 장기적 성장을 위한 서울시의 도시재생사업 중 하나이다. 대학의 물적, 지적, 인적 자원을 활용하는 것이 핵심이다. 청년자원과 지역 간의 협력을 이끌어내 일자리를 만들고, 지역 경제에 활력을 불어넣는 것이다. 한마디로 청년들과 지역사회에 활력을 불어넣어 살기 좋은 마을을 만드는 것이다.

Program Jenga
거대한 직육면체 Mega Block(12,200×2,440×2,950)을 교차하여 쌓아 올림으로 만들어지는 형태와 구성을 활용한 공간 구축.

나대지를 활용한 도심 속 테라스
대학교와 인접한 주거지는 아주 옛날부터 학교 조성을 위한 옹벽으로 단절된 상태이다. 상권의 확장과 무분별한 숙박촌의 양산으로 주민과 학생들은 다소 삭막한 길을 매일 거닐고 있다. 이곳에 수출입용 컨테이너를 활용한 건축으로 새로운 형태의 가로풍경을 만들었다. 또 사이사이 열린 외부공간과 테라스를 계획하여 만남과 휴식의 장소를 제공하였다.

Campus Town
The campus town project is one of the urban regeneration projects by Seoul for the long-term growth of the university and the local community. Utilizing the physical, intellectual, and personal resources of the university is the key to the project. Furthermore, it is to make the job opportunities by attracting the cooperation between youth resources and the local community and activating the local economy. That is, to revitalize young people and the community to create an excellent village.

Jenga
Space construction using the shape and composition created by intersecting and stacking huge rectangular mega blocks (12,200×2,440×2,950). 

Terrace in the city using bare land 
The retaining wall for school construction blocks the residential area adjacent to the university since ancient times. Due to the expansion of the commercial district and the mass production of indiscriminate lodging villages, residents and students are walking on a rather desolate road every day. New type road scenery is made with the architecture that utilizes the export and import container. In addition, the open, external space and terrace between them are planned to provide the space for meeting and relaxation.
